Walking ：３０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each

Jogging-on-the-spot　：０ minutes


I have been able to keep smoke-free for eleven
years and one hundred and twenty days in a row.
I was able to keep 24-time push-ups for the ninth
consecutive day and over 9-time push-ups for the
two years and one hundred and fourth successive day.

Today again, it is greatly sunny in Nagoya and I
feel it is actually warm with the current temperature
of 18.1 degrees.
The season for cherry blossoms are already about to
end, but I can look forward to the season of fresh
green leaves, which I think must be the most
comfortable season in Japan....if it were not for
the coronavirus pandemic.
