Walking: ６０ minutes
Standing with one leg　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes：０
jogging on the spot　：０ minutes

It has been three years and 107 days in a row since I gave up smoking.
I was able to keep over one set of fourteen-time push-ups for the eighty-
first successive day including the last twenty-nine days of seventeen times.
At last, Nagoya City issued the declaration of the opening of cherry blossoms
yesterday, one day before the prediction by weather forecasts.
....This means....the best day for viewing them may be as early as next Sunday
or Monday.
Wow, I'll really have to rearrange my plan to enjoy them.
