I didn't do push-ups intentionally yesterday simply because I felt I needed a break once
in a while, and I hope to resume them as soon as possible.
I could keep no-smoking for two years and 88 days in a row.
It's actually not cold, rather I felt a little warm without a down jacket while riding a
bike on my way to the work place.
Spring is surely coming here and the season of Ume and Sakura blossoms is jsut close at hand.
I really would like to visit Nagoya Agricultural Center in Hirabari again to enjoy its very
beautiful Ume flowers, which are very famous for Shidare Ume.
