Walking: ０ minutes
Standing with one leg　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes：０
jogging on the spot　：０ minutes

I have kept no-smoking for three years and 154 days in a row.
I also kept over one set of sixteen-time push-ups for the sixth successive day including the last
four days of seventeen push-ups.
It's sunny and sometimes cloudy in Nagoya and weahter reports say it'll be rainy tomorrow evening or later.
Anyway this year's rainy season is steadily coming, so I really have to enjoy the best season of the year
by doing something....maybe walking because it will cost me the least.＾＾；；；
I'm in the red due to my visit to Tokyo last week.....I have to pinch a penny.....Walking must be the best.
