I was able to keep smoke-free for nine years and one hundred and two days
in a row.
I was also able to keep 20-time push-ups for the fifty-ninth straight day
and more than 9-time push-ups for the eighty-sixth consecutive day.

It is greatly sunny in Nagoya today but actually I feel it is cold.
The current temperature is 13.4 degrees, but it is cold maily because of
the very strong north wind.
It was pretty easy with a tailwind for me to ride a bike on my way to the
workplace in the morning, but, on the other hand I am afraid of a head wind
on my way back home.
