Six years and one hundred and fifty-two days in a row have passed since I got rid of my smoking habit.
I was able to keep 26-time push-ups for the fifth consecutive day and
more than 17-time push-ups for the ninety-ninth successive day.
Unfortunately or fortunately, I've noticed that my way to do push-ups
had been wrong after I watched the right way on an NHK TV program.
Actually, I've learned the correct way of push-ups is do them while keeping
your upper arms to the body, but I hadn't done so.
Now, I've decided to restart them in the right way.
