I have been able to be a non-smoker for eleven years
and one hundred and thirty-six days in a row.

I decreased the number of push-ups by as many as 16
times to 10 times due mainly to the cut accompanied by
bleeding I got the day before yesterday.
I kept more than 9-time push-ups for the two years and
one hundred and twentieth consecutive day.

It has been raining in Nagoya and I had to wear a pair
of raincoats while I was riding my bike on my way to
the workplace.
Very happily, the bleeding of the cut on the back of
my right little toe has stopped and it looks like being
fully-healed, but just in case, I have decided not to
do physical exercise.
Probably, I will be able to restart preparation for
a long-distance walking planned in May.
