Push-ups ：２３ times
Walking ：a total of ６０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
jogging-on-the-spot　：０ minutes


It has been eight years and two hundred and ninety-nine days in a row
since I stopped smoking.
I was able to keep over 18-time push-ups for the eighth straight day
including the latest four days of 23-time push-ups.

It is greatly sunny in Nagoya and sometimes cloudy, but it is not too hot,
of cource not too cool either.
As is often the case with those callous people of the first floor tenant,
they occupied the common space with a huge amount of packages of tea.
I moved some of them and secured my parking space for my bike.
Why couldn't they do that by themselves?
They never use their head to share the common space but use it to occupy.
