I didn't do either push-ups or walking, but I resumed standing-with-one-leg.
I kept no-smoking for one year and 296 days in a row.
I really feel that the typhoon #17(?) is steadily coming to Nagoya because the sky is
getting cloudy and darker and darker, and now at about noon it looks like it's going to
start raining very very soon.
