Fourteen years and two hundred and seven days in
succession have passed since I successfully broke
free from cigarettes.
I have been able to consistently performed above
9 push-ups daily for a span of one year and three
hundred and eleven straight days, and have
accomplished 27 push-ups for the last two
consecutive days.
Similar to yesterday, I walked for 40 minutes in the
morning heat with temperatures of around 33 degrees.
The reason why I could do this is that, before
starting the walk, I spent about two hours inside a
McDonald's restaurant, where the air conditioning was
running at full blast.
It was so cold that I wore a winter jacket.
As a result, my body was chilled to the core, so the
first 20 minutes of that walk under the intense heat
were just right to warm me up.
