Again I tried increasing the number of push-ups by three times to 23 times and kept over-
20-time push-ups for the sixth straight day.
I could keep no-smoking for one year and 92 days, but actually I had a dream last night.
In that dream.....I was smoking.(lol)
Anyway wintry chill comes again...I hope such a cold weather will be the last before
spring-like warm days.
