I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for seven years and ninety-six days in a row.
I was able to keep over 15-time push-ups for the one year and forty-third consecutive
day including the most recent two days of 24-time push-ups.

It has been very warm in Nagoya for the second straight day with the highest
temperature of more than 22 degrees, which makes me feel very relieved.
But actually, just like weather officials say, I'll have to be careful
about severe fluctuation in temperatures in the morning and at night.
I didn't have to wear a winter jacket when I came to the workplace by bike,
but perhaps, on my way home by bike, I think I will have to wear one.
Anyway, carelessness it the greatest enemy.
