Daily Routine

Push-ups ：２３ times
Walking ：０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
jogging-on-the-spot　：０ minutes

I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for six years and one hundred and eighty-one days in a row.
I was able to keep 23-time push-ups for the seventh consecutive day and
over 15-time push-ups for the one hundred and twenty-eighth successive day.

Very luckily, it had almost stopped raining when I left home by bike for my workplace
though yesterday's weather forecasts said it would be rainy in the morning and
in the early afternoon today.
And now, it's completely stopped raining and it is cloudy but not so dark.
Honestly, I don't feel like doing anything today because of those callous people.
They are really disgusting and surely their callousness against other's rights
is steadily expanding bad temper and harmful emotion.
