Daily Routine

Push-ups ：２０ times
Walking ：a total of ３０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
jogging-on-the-spot　：０ minutes


I have been able to be a non-smoker for nine years and eighty days in a row.
I was able to keep greater than 9-time push-ups for the sixty-fourth
successive day including the latest thirty-seven days of 20 times of them.

It is sunny in Nagoya but actually I feel it is very cold.
I think this is because of the strong north wind.
Weather ladies say it will continue to be cold for the next few days, but
after that it will be much warmer.
However, I have already given up going somewhere to enjoy Japanese apricot
blossoms and maybe cherry blossoms due only to the COVID-19.
