Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each

jogging-on-the-spot　：２０ minutes


I have been able to be a non-smoker for eight years and two hundred and
seventy-nine days in a row.
I was able to keep 23-time push-ups for the twelfth successive day and
at least 19-time push-ups for the twenty-eighth straight day.

It is sunny in Nagoya and it is not too hot with a little high humidy.
Today I felt a little cold while using an electric fan at my desk in the
workplace in the morning, but actually, after stopping the fan, I felt
just a little hot, which means this year's summer heat is about to
completely end and it is steadily getting autumnal.
Well, I would like to enjoy walking in an unfamiliar town this fall.
