I have kept no-smoking for three years and 168 days in a row.
I tried increasing the number of push-ups by just one time to sixteen times and kept over 15-
time push-ups for the second straight day.
I resumed 10-minute standing-with-one-leg for the first time in a few days after the 4-hour
walking on Wednesday.
It's sunny and sometimes cloudy, and actually I feel a little humid just like this year's rainy
season is coming nearer and nearer.
Although I have not seen a contrail so far, it must be rainy tomorrow.
