I was able to keep no-smoking for four years and twenty-eight days in a row.
I also was able to resume a 10-minute standing with one leg last night for the
first time in four days.
Yesterday I enjoyed walking from Sakae-chika to Nagoya City-run Subway station
Sakurayama along the Sakurayama Line, which took me about one and a half hours.
Today again, the wintry cold is a litle mild with much sunshine.
But actually, according to weather reports, it'll be cloudy this evening and
rainy tomorrow.
Anyway I have to survive the wintry cold for about three months in order to
see cherry blossoms in spring.
