Push-ups ：２１ times
Walking ：４０＋４０＝１ hour ２０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
jogging-on-the-spot　：０ minutes

Six years and eighty-five days in a row have passed since I broke my smoking habit.
I was able to keep over 17-time push-ups for the thirty-second successive day
including the latest twenty-five days of 21 times of them.

It's beautifully sunny in Nagoya with abundant sunlight.
Spring must be just around the corner and weather ladies say tomorrow's
highest temperature will reach around 16 degrees, which means a winter
jacet may not be needed during the day.
Also this year's flower forecast of cherry blossoms was released, saying in Nagoya
they will start blossoming on March 27th and will be in full bloom April 4th.
I have only to wait for four weeks.....OK, I have to survive until then.
