Daily Routine

Push-ups：１７＋１７ times
Walking: ６０ minutes
Standing with one leg　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes：０
jogging on the spot　：０ minutes

I kept no-smoking for two years and 334 days in a row.
I also kept two sets of 17-time push-ups for four days straight and over one set
of them for the eighteenth successive day.
After a little rain last night, it's now quite cloudy and pretty dark in Nagoya
and it looks like it's going to start raining soon.
Yesterday I went to a book store to buy one on crimial sociology, but actually
I couldn't find any one....so I gave up.
Now, I'm planning to look for a book on educational sociology.
