Walking　：０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
Jogging-on-the-spot　：０ minutes


I have been able to keep smoke-free for twelve years
and one hundred and twenty-four days in a row.
I was able to keep 23-time push-ups for the thirteenth
straight day and greater than 9-time push-ups for the
three years and one hundred and eighth consecutive day.

It is now overcast in Nagoya and it looks like it is
going to start raining pretty soon.
I feel that it is a little humid and warmer than yesterday.
Today again it is no wonder because the temperatuer as of
9 a.m. was over 20 degrees, up two degrees from this time
yesterday and six degrees from two days ago.
Anyway, just as weather officals say, I have to be careful
about yellow sand from China this evening.
