Thirteen years and two days in a row have passed
since I broke my bad habit of smoking.
I was able to keep greater than 9-time push-ups
for the one hundred and sixth straight day including
the latest two days of 24-time push-ups.
It is, today again, beautifully sunny in Nagoya and
the sky is completely so clear without a single tiny
cloud that I can enjoy abundant shunshine.
I have decided to pay careful attention to the amount
and types of food I eat.
I used to eat a small amount of food, but actually,
now I find that I tend to eat much more.
Anyway, I have to lower the levels of blood neutral fat.
