I was able to keep no-smoking for seven years and one hundred and fifty-seven days in a row.
I managed to increased the number of push-ups by only one time to 16 times, and
kept greater than 9-time push-ups for the one year and fourth consecutive day.
After the 4-hour walking, I resumed standing-on-one-foot from 10 minutes each.
I hope to resume walking little by little and again I hope to do another long-
distance walking in the near future.
I bought a new pair of shoes yesterday and I noticed that it's very important
to choose shoes for a safe walking.
By the way, I saw a man standing on a parapet of a bridge.
So far I have not heard of anything about that on the Internet or in the newspaper,
so I have no choice but to guess that nothing happened.
