jogging-on-the-spot　：０ minutes

It has been seven years and two hundred and ninety-five days in a row since I
broke free from smoking.
I was able to keep more than 14-time push-ups for the twenty-first straight
day and 21-time push-ups for the thirteenth consecutive day.

It's been raining in Nagoya since last night and now it's began raining heavily.
The typhoon #24 is just approaching Nagoya little by little to directly hit it.
I'm afraid there might be some damage to my house and neighbors.
Actually, this year, Japan has seen more typhoons than average year, doesn't it?
Anyway, I have no choice but to pray for my safety.
