Daily Routine

Push-ups ：２３ times
Walking ：４８ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
jogging-on-the-spot　：６ minutes

It has been seven years and sixty-three days in a row since I quit smoking.
I was able to keep 23-time push-ups for the fourth straight day and over 15-time
push-ups for the one year and tenth consecutive day.

Today's lowest temperatue in Nagoya was about one degree, up as many as 4 degrees
from yesterday, which made me feel a little bit relieved.
Still the fact remains that it's bitterly cold.
However, I have to remember that Nagoya will start moving toward spring from around
February 14th or St. Valentine Day in the average year.
So, I have to aim at the day as the first step to endure this cold.
