It has been eight years and seventy-six days in a row since I broke
my bad habit of smoking.
I was able to keep more than 9-time push-ups for the twenty-eighth
straight day including the most recent twelve days of 21-time push-ups.
It is beautifully sunny in Nagoya and there were no clouds in the
blue skies while riding my bike on my way to the workplace.
But actually, it's a little too windy.
I overslept this morning and I've started wondering if I should
use an alarm clock since I have never used one for about 20 years.
