Seven years and one hundred and twelve days in a row have passed since I stopped smoking.
I was able to keep at least 16-time push-ups for the one year and fifty-ninth
consecutive day including the latest five days of 25 times of them.

It's been greatly sunny in Nagoya for several days and I really enjoyed cherry
blossoms for the past three days.
I went to Ohtaka Ryokuchi, Higashiyama Botanical Park and, of course, the Yamazaki
River where the night viewing of illuminated cherry blossoms is really stunning.
Especially, last evening at around 6:30, several CBC TV crew members were
broadcasting the riverside live.
This years' cherry blossoms have already begun falling ...and I've started
looking forward to the next year's blossoms.＾＾；；；
