Walking ：a total of ３０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
jogging-on-the-spot　：０ minutes

I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for seven years and forty-eight days in a row.
I was able to keep 22-time push-ups for the fifteenth straight day and over
15-time push-ups for the three hundred and sixtieth consecutive day.

It had been snowing for two days and there has been lingering snow here and
there in Nagoya and it's been very severely cold these past few days.
I was surprised to hear the news that the lowest temperature in Hachioji,
Tokyo was minus 8 degrees yesterday.
I had lived in Hachioji for about ten years and I had never seen such
a cold weather there though I really know well about severe cold there.
Anyway, let's survive.
There is no winter that has no end.
