Walking ：２２ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１１ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
jogging-on-the-spot　：２０ minutes


Eight years and two hundred and eighty-four days in a row have passed
since I decided against smoking.
I was able to keep 23-time push-ups for the seventeenth successive day
and at least 19-time push-ups for the thirty-third straight day.

It is greatly and beautifully sunny in Nagoya today.
I was planning to go and enjoy walking today, but actually I have had
an urgent business, so very unfortunately, I've decided to stop that.
If I could go out today, I should have a very good time doing a walking
under this beautifully autumnal weather.......
Anyway, I'm afraid that I cannot get off of work.
Instead, I really want to spend today meaningfully.
