Three years and 169 days in a row have passed since I gave up smoking.
Again I tried increasing the number of push-ups to two sets of seventeen times, and kept over
one set of fifteen-time push-ups for the third consecutive day.
It's a little raining when I left home by bike, wearing a raincoat, but actually we have very
little or no rain in Nagoya.
Anyway I may not be able to go out or to do walking, I'm afraid.
