Push-ups ：１８ times
Walking ：a total of ８０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
Jogging-on-the-spot　：０ minutes


I have been able to keep smoke-free for eleven years
and forty days in a row.
I was able to increase the number of push-ups by 3
times from the previous record to 18 times and kept
greater than 9-time push-ups for the two years and
twenty-fourth straight day.

It is greatly sunny in Nagoya now although it was
quite cloudy early this morning and I was very afraid
that it might start raining soon.
As far as I know, unlike weather forecasts, Nagoya
did not see snowfall......maybe.
Anyway, it is good that the length of daytime is
steadily getting longer and longer and I can enjoy
a little sunlight even around 5 o'clock.
