Daily Routine

Push-ups ：２３ times
Walking ：a total of ３０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
jogging-on-the-spot　：０ minutes

Six years and three hundred and sixty-two days in a row have passed since I gave up smoking.
I was able to keep 23-time push-ups for the fourth successive day and more than
15-time push-ups for the three hundred and ninth consecutive day.

It's greatly sunny today again in Nagoya but actually I feel today is the coldest
in this winter season with cold winds from the north.
I wore two pairs of pants and a pair of ear pads on my way to the workplace.
I began using an electric foot warmer on December 3rd, if I'm not mistaken.
The foot warmer is really useful and effective against wintry cold, I think.
Anyway, in order to survive this winter, I may have to start counting the days to
the next spring's cherry-blossom viewing.＾＾；；；
