Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
Jogging-on-the-spot　：０ minutes
Plunk　：２ minutes


I have been able to do without smoking for thirteen
years and two hundred and sixty-six days in a row.
I was able to keep more than 9-time push-ups for the
one year and fourth straight day including the latest
eleven days of 26-time push-ups.

Although it was just cloudy while I was riding my
bike on my way to the workplace this morning, it is
now just a little raining.
There are black rain clouds in the western sky.
It looks like the weather is going to take a turn
for the worse.
The typhoon #10 has been changing its course and it
still may directly hit Nagoya.
Anyway, I really hope that it will pass soon, leaving
no accidents or casualties.
