I could keep no-smoking for two years and 362 days in a row.
I tried increasing the number of push-ups by 17 times to two sets of 17-time push-ups
and kept over one set of them for the thirteenth consecutive day.
It's greatly and beautifully sunny today again in Nagoya.
I cannot see any clouds in the sky and I feel a little warm while riding my bike
on my way to the work place.
I'm planning to do a middle-distance walking this weekend, but actually weather
reports say this weekend temperatures will get much colder than today....I'm afraid.
Anyway, first of all, I have to enjoy warmer weather today.
