Daily Routine

Push-ups：１７＋１７ times
Walking: ０ minutes
Standing with one leg　：０ minutes each
Cigarettes：０
jogging on the spot　：０ minutes

I could keep no-smoking for two years and 331 days in a row.
I did two sets of 17-time push-ups yesterday and kept over one set of them
for the fifteenth consecutive day.
After a little rain in Nagoya, it's beautifully cleared up now.
It's not so cold but weather forecasters said last evening it'll get much
colder in the early morning tomorrow....maybe the coldest in this fall, so
I'll really have to be careful when I go to bed tonight.
Anyway, five months later from now.....cherry blossoms will have ended....
If I think so....this wintertime might pass faster than usual....maybe NOT.＾＾；
