Nine years and seventeen days have passed since I quit smoking.
I was able to resume push-ups from 10 times yesterday and I really hope
to continue them as long as possible at least until my body strength
has been completely recovered.
Also, I was able to do a 20-minute walking and I desire to increase the
length of walking little by little.
However, still I have no confidence to resume jogging-on-the-spot for fear
that such hard practice might impede the recovery.
Anyway, I know well that I must not take any unnecessary risk.
