Daily Routine

Push-ups：１０ times
Walking：a total of １００ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes：０
jogging on the spot　：０ minutes

Five years and fifty-one days in a row have passed since I kicked smoking.
I was able to keep 10-time push-ups for the third straight day.

It's been raining since early this morning but it's not so a cold rain.
This morning finally my diarrhea stopped.
Since weather forecasts say it will be rainy for two days, I will not
be able to do a walking, I'm afraid.
But actually it all depends on how I look at it, because of rain,
I will be able to tackle English composition to my heart's content.
....if possible, I hope so.＾＾；；；
