Daily Routine

Push-ups：２６ times
Walking：０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes：０
jogging on the spot　：０ minutes

It has been four years and 211 days in a row since I broke my bad habit of smoking.
I was able to keep 26-time push-ups for the seventh straight day and over 19-time
push-ups for the forty-sixth consecutive day.
It's been raining in Nagoya maybe affected by three typhoons, but luckily it's not
so windy and I hope it'll have stopped on my way back home just as weather reports.
I'm afraid I've had diarrhea without pain for a few days....
I wonder if I ate something bad.....
I guess it's OK....I'll not think about it seriously.
