Daily Routine

Push-ups ：２２ times
Walking ：４３ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１１ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
Jogging-on-the-spot　：０ minutes


I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for
eleven years and sixteen days in a row.
I was able to keep 22-time push-ups for the fifth
consecutive day and at least 10-time push-ups for the
second successive year.

Although it had been raining off and on since last
evening until early this morning, it is now greatly
sunny with plenty of sunlight in Nagoya.
So, I cannot believe that the weather is turning for
a worse and weather ladies say that Nagoya might see
snowfall on Monday and coldest mornings.
Anyway, I have to get mentally prepared for the possible
winter cold and snowfall so that I will pull myself together.
