Push-ups ：２０ times
Walking ：０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
Jogging-on-the-spot　：０ minutes


Ten years and three hundred and forty-five days in a row
have passed since I broke my smoking habit.
I was able to keep 20-time push-ups for the second straight
day and at least 10-time push-ups for the one year and three
hundred and twenty-ninth consecutive day.

It is greatly sunny in Nagoya and I feel that it is pretty
cold although the current temperature is 13.4 degrees.
Now, the low back pain has finally almost gone and I hope
to resume physical exercise tomorrow.
I mean I think I still had better not do that today, just in case.
Anyway, I am looking forward to seeing the almost total
lunar eclipse this evening.
