I have been able to keep smoke-free for eleven years
and one hundred and sixty-eight days in a row.
I was able to increase the number of push-ups by just
one time yesterday to 24 times and kept greater than
9-time push-ups for the two years and one hundred and
fifty-second successive day.

I must have been lucky this morning because I didn't
have to wear a pair of raincoats while I was riding
my bike on my way to the workplace.
It has been raining in Nagoya since the time when I
got to the workplace.
I feel that it has been humid and I have started using
an electric fan at my workplace, which means that this
year's rainy season must be just around the corner.
