jogging-on-the-spot　：０ minutes

Eight years and one hundred and two days in a row have passed since I kicked smoking.
I didn't do any physical exercises including push-ups and walking.
I hope to resume them as soon as I can.

Actually, my father died on Monday and I served as host of the funeral
for the first time in my life, which has made me extremely exhausted.
And also I went to the crematorium or Nagoya Daini in Chaya in Minato Ward,
which is very beautiful and located in the very close vicinity of Chaya
AEON shopping mall, which I have visited many times.
I didn't know that the beautiful facility like a gorgeous hotel or something
is a crematorium.
Anyway, I am still exhausted now.
