It has been ten years and three hundred and twenty-six days
in a row since I broke free from cigarettes.
I was able to keep 20-time push-ups for the eighth straight
day and greater than 9-time push-ups for the one year and
three hundred and tenth consecutive day.
Completely unlike the past few days, it was raining in Nagoya
when I woke up, but very luckily, I didn't have to wear a pair
of raincoats while riding my bike on my way to the workplace.
Now, it is quite overcast and a little dark.
It looks like it is going to start raining pretty soon.
One good thing for me is that I was able to resume standing-on-
one-foot and jogging-on-the-spot.
I would like to continue preparation for another long-distance
walking in the coming winter season.
