I have been able to keep smoke-free for ten years and
three hundred and twenty-one days in a row.
I was able to keep 20-time push-ups for the third successive
day and greater than 9-time push-ups for the one year and
three hundred and fifth straight day.
Completely unlike yesterday, it is greatly beautifully sunny
in Nagoya and there were almost no clouds in the blue skies
while I was riding my bike on my way to the workplace.
Today's highest temperature is forecast to be 24 degrees.
And very happily, weather ladies say that such October-like
nice weather will continue for about one week.
I definitely have to enjoy this crisp autumnal weather.
