I have been able to be a non-smoker for ten years and three
hundred and ten days in a row.
I was able to increase the number of push-ups by one time
to 25 times and kept more than 9-time push-ups for the one
year and two hundred and ninety-fourth straight day.
It is greatly sunny in Nagoya and there were completely no
clouds in the blue skies on while I was riding my bike on
my way to the workplace.
I was able to do a total of 100-minue walking yesterday for
the first time in one week as part of preparation for a
long-distance walking, which I hope, if possible, to carry
out by the end of the month or October.
