It has been ten years and three hundred and eighteen days
in a row since I quit smoking.
I was able to keep 24-time push-ups for the fourth
successive day and over 9-time push-ups for the one year
and three hundred and second straight day.
It is greatly and beautifully sunny in Nagoya with the
predicted highest temperature of 20 degrees.
There were completely no clouds in the blue skies while
I was riding my bike on my way to the workplace this
morning.
Now, I am sure that preparations for the planned
long-distance walking have been made.
Maybe I have to have a rest as part of the preparation.
