Eight years and three hundred and forty-four days in a row have passed
since I stopped smoking.
I was able to keep greater than 11-time push-ups for the thirty-sixth
successive day including the latest twenty-one days of 23 times of them.

It is sunny with some clouds in the sky in Nagoya, but actually, I don't
feel it is very cold with the predicted highest temperature of 21 degrees.
I have a gut feeling that today might be this year's last day with the
highest temperatue of over 20 degrees.
The irritating pain on the corners of my eyes I got a few days ago is
finally getting milder and milder.
I strongly hope that the pain will completely disappear as soon as possible.
