I was able to keep no-smoking for seven years and one hundred and twenty-one days in a row.
I was also able to keep 25-time push-ups for the fourteenth successive day and
over 15-time push-ups for the one year and sixty-eighth straight day.
I went to Takinomizu Ryokuchi and Takinomizu Park in Mizuho Ward near Aioiyama
subway station yesterday and enjoy walking for about one hour.
The ryokuchi is well kept up and it's like a small, low mountain.
The park is also located on a hill and people can enjoy seeing a 360-degree view of Nagoya.
And actually I could change the mood and be refreshed.
I may have come to like ryokuchi.^^;;;
