I have been able to do without smoking for seven years and one hundred and thirty-nine days in a row.
I was able to keep 11-time push-ups for the third consecutive day and over
9-time push-ups for the one year and eighty-sixth successive day.
It's a little cloudy in Nagoya today and it's much cooler than yesterday.
I hope I will be able to do a 90-minute walking, if possible, but I'm
worried about just one thing.
That is, my pair of sneakers are too old, I think.
And I'm just wondering if they have lost shape a little.
I may have to buy a new pair in the very near future.
