I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for seven years and one hundred and forty days in a row.
I tried increasing the number of push-ups by only one time to 12 times, and
kept at least 10-time push-ups for the one year and eighty-seventh straight day.
It's beautifully sunny in Nagoya today and it's actually crisp, which means
not too hot or not too cool with comfortable humidity.
I've learned that March 3 is one of the days which are highly likely to be sunny,
but very unfortunately, according to weather forecasts, this year's March 3rd and
4th will be rainy....OMG.
Anyway, I have to continue preparations for a long-distance walking which I'm
planning to do before the rainy season has begun.
