It has been six years and two hundred and forty-nine days in a row since I shook off a bad habit of smoking.
I was able to keep 26-time push-ups for the nineteenth straight day and at least
16-time push-ups for the one hundred and ninety-sixth consecutive day.

It's quite cloudy in Nagoya but I must be lucky because it's not raining around
my workplace here though weather ladies said it would be rainy.
The temperatures are not severe and are about 25 degrees or so.
I have just stopped using an electric fan.
Today may be a holiday for many ordinary people but actually for me today is my workday.
I have to renew my resolve to work earnestly against lingering summer heat.
